The purse that I received is not the right size, is extremely small that only fits a phone and a small wallet. the dimensions are not the same as described on the page, also my purse doesn't have a back pocket as shown on website. (the only thing that matches is the color. I have tried emailing them 3 times, called 2 times, and left review on website in hopes they would contact me, but nothing. I have even sent them pictures to show what I got.

The owner quickly worked with me to make me to rectify the matter and gave me a tip for addressing it and polishing the leather. He said that the texture will change over time. So only time will tell.
